I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The sun lounger on our balcony was amazing, but the room was too small for two people with luggage for a week. Caty did an excellent job cleaning our room, and we appreciated the offer of an upgrade to a sea view room instead of street view.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, with access to a private jacuzzi, and the all-inclusive food was outstanding with a wide variety to choose from. The only thing missing was a coffee machine, but make sure to bring your own coffee or tea. One suggestion would be to ask for a kettle at reception for a perfect stay. The evening ambiance could be improved as it gets quite dark due to low watt LED lamps, making it a bit challenging for activities like reading or writing.

The staff provided nice and helpful service, going the extra mile inquiring about personal matters. The location is very inviting for relaxation and exploring, right on a lovely beach. The dining selection was great, but with occasional availability inconsistencies. The facilities cater well to guests.
